All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information.

Product Delivery

Game accounts, cheats, and other digital products are typically delivered instantly upon successful payment. Access credentials and download links will be provided via your account dashboard and email.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and account credentials, all sales are final. Refunds are only provided in cases where:

  • The product was not delivered as described
  • Technical issues prevent the product from functioning
  • Account credentials are invalid or incorrect

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. We do not provide refunds for game bans or suspensions resulting from the use of our products.

6. Limitation of Liability

Lucid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation:

  • Loss of game accounts due to bans, suspensions, or other actions by game developers
  • Detection or blocking of cheats by anti-cheat systems
  • Loss of game progress, items, or virtual currency
  • Inability to access purchased game accounts or cheats
  • Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses

Our products are provided "as-is" and we make no guarantees regarding detection status, account security, or continued functionality. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Game Cheats

We do not guarantee that cheats will remain undetected by anti-cheat systems. Game developers frequently update their detection methods, and any cheat may be detected at any time. We are not responsible for any bans, suspensions, or other penalties resulting from cheat usage.

Game Accounts

We do not guarantee the security or longevity of purchased game accounts. Game developers may ban, suspend, or reclaim accounts at their discretion. While we strive to provide legitimate accounts, you acknowledge the inherent risks of purchasing game accounts.
